Site Technical Engineer (RF)

Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Conduct live and virtual demonstrations of RF / IT and security solutions (Walkie Talkies, Body-Worn Cameras, Dashboard Cameras, Breath Analyzers) tailored to client requirements.
Installation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end installation, configuration, and commissioning (hardware/software) of products at client sites or remotely.
Technical Support: Provide backend technical support (Level 1–3) ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software challenges effectively, documenting solutions for future use.
Client Training & Onboarding: Deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators on product functionality, features, and best practices.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain technical documents including installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, SOPs, and FAQs; ensure adherence to compliance and company standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, QA, Customer Success) to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional communication.
On-Site Visits: Travel to client sites for installations, training, troubleshooting, and project requirements.
Feedback Loop: Capture client feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams for product improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT services, or systems engineering.
Proven expertise in product demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, and client-facing roles.
Strong technical knowledge in system administration (Windows/Linux).
Hands-on experience with products such as Walkie Talkies, Body-Worn Cameras, Dashboard Cameras, and Breath Analyzers is highly desirable. or RF Products
Experience in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently as per business and project requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,157.03 - ₹35,813.56 per month
