SITE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (STMS)

Location: Qatar. Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of approved Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs)
• Ensure compliance with QCS & Ashghal Work Zone Traffic Management standards
• Manage site traffic teams and daily operations
• Oversee installation of traffic signs, cones, barriers, and safety devices
• Ensure safety of road users and workers
• Handle road closures, diversions, and emergency traffic situations
• Maintain daily reports and coordinate with engineers & HSE team

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in traffic management / road projects
• Mandatory TTM / Work Zone Traffic Management certification
• Strong knowledge of QCS standards
• Experience in Qatar road projects preferred
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
• Good communication & leadership skills
