Position Summary
The Site Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site-based workshop operations, supervising all equipment, and ensuring timely and effective maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Work on-site and supervise daily workshops and maintenance activities.

Supervise all construction equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure safe and proper operation.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Ensure equipment is maintained in good working conditions to minimize breakdowns and downtime.

Supervise technicians, mechanics, and workshop personnel; allocate tasks efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and site HSE requirements.

Inspect equipment regularly and report defects or maintenance needs to management.

Coordinate with site management regarding equipment availability and operational needs.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the workshop area.
Qualifications
Education:

Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience
-
15+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.

Proven experience in supervising workshops or site operations.
