Position Summary

The Site Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site-based workshop operations, supervising all equipment, and ensuring timely and effective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on-site and supervise daily workshops and maintenance activities.
• Supervise all construction equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working conditions to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Supervise technicians, mechanics, and workshop personnel; allocate tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and site HSE requirements.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report defects or maintenance needs to management.
• Coordinate with site management regarding equipment availability and operational needs.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the workshop area.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  
  

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience in supervising workshops or site operations.
