The Opportunity

The SJ Graduate Development Program (GDP) in KSA is a two-year immersive journey designed to accelerate your career in the built environment across engineering and infrastructure.

Through structured learning, hands-on experience, mentoring, and cross-functional rotations, you will develop strong technical capability, digital fluency, business acumen, and leadership skills.

You will work alongside industry leaders, contribute to real projects, and build a solid foundation for a successful and meaningful career.

Over the two years, you will:

• Contribute to live infrastructure, engineering, and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.

• Learn from industry experts while developing skills in design, project management, digital transformation (including BIM and AI), and risk consulting.

• Gain corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and participating in strategic business discussions to deliver client-focused solutions.

• Build your leadership capability through workshops, coaching, and mentorship from senior leaders.

• Expand your professional network through access to global industry professionals, peer learning communities, and cross-functional collaboration.

As part of the program, you will rotate quarterly across business functions and specialist domains, with the opportunity to complete one rotation outside of your base location or country.

About You

• A graduate within the last two years

• 0–2 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Ability to effectively manage time and workload

• Foundational knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
