Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative SketchUp Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using SketchUp. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life and ensure models accurately reflect project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models in SketchUp based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.
• Create accurate layouts, elevations, and perspectives to support design presentations.
• Work closely with the design team to refine and improve models.
• Ensure models are optimized and organized for efficient use.
• Maintain project files and follow company standards for model organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SketchUp Modeler or 3D Visualizer.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp and related plug-ins.
• Knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar) is a plus.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, interior design, and space planning.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
