Job Description – Skilled Development Program Teacher

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Development Program Teacher to train and guide students in developing practical, technical, and professional skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, skill enhancement, and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skill development training sessions according to the program curriculum.
• Teach practical, technical, and professional skills to students effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance for improvement.
• Encourage students to develop confidence, communication, and workplace readiness skills.
• Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and classroom discipline.
• Use interactive and modern teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and student performance.
• Support students in project work, presentations, and practical activities.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and institutional development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in the related field.
• Prior teaching or training experience in skill development programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage students effectively.
• Good organizational and classroom management abilities.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
