Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in multi-family housing preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift, climb, bend, squat, and use ladders regularly
• HVAC certification preferred (if applicable)
