Skilled Apartment Renovation Technician

Patriot Properties is seeking experienced, skilled tradespeople to join our renovation and maintenance team supporting vacant multi-family properties. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and can manage a wide range of interior renovation tasks independently.

Position Overview

The Skilled Apartment Renovation Technician will be responsible for performing interior unit renovations, from demolition through final installation, to help prepare apartments for occupancy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Interior demolition of apartment units
• On-Call rotation required
• Installation of LVP flooring using glue-down systems
• Replacement window installation
• Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim)
• Appliance installation
• Shower surround installation
• Toilet installation
• Blind installation
• Minor drywall repairs and patching
• General finish work to prepare units for move-in

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-family renovations or residential remodeling
• Strong knowledge of flooring installation, basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work
• Ability to work independently and complete units efficiently
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
