You will support our lead team on projects ranging from complex framing to fine interior finish work. You should be comfortable jumping between structural tasks and high-precision trim work, with a focus on doing things right the first time.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in residential carpentry (framing and/or finish).
- Skill Set: Strong understanding of building geometry, structural framing, siding, and interior trim. Familiarity with high-spec materials and interpreting blue prints a plus
- Precision: An eye for detail and a commitment to keeping a tidy, organized job site.
- The Basics: Must have your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Work Ethic: A professional attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a small, high-functioning team.
