Skilled CNC Bending Machine, Press Brake Operator

We seek a skilled CNC Bending Machine, Press Brake Operator to join our team with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Architectural & Sheet Metal Fabrication Field.

· Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC bending machines and press brakes.

· Interpreting blueprints, programming machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment.

· Candidates will have experience in metal fabrication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· 7 axis Press brake machine operational capability, (Delem Control panel 2D)

· Sufficient math skills to be able to add and subtract dimensions and preform basic shop math

· Able to follow directions precisely and perform repetitive tasks

· Ability to independently select & set up the appropriate tooling (Die & Punch)

· Develop part program with sequences to run parts safely and efficiently

· Examine completed work pieces for defects before further proceeding.

· Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Should be capable of bending intricate/Complex designs
