Skilled Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety practices.
• Must be comfortable with heights.(working on ladders, planks, and on roofs)

Pay range DOE

Applicants must have valid driver's license for this position and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
