Position Title: Skilled Laborer / Trades Helper
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Options Available)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Skilled Laborer / Trades Helper to join our team and support field operations. This role is perfect for someone with basic construction or service industry experience who wants to grow into a more advanced position such as technician, installer, or crew lead.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive ongoing training to build your skills.

Job Responsibilities

● Assist with general and skilled labor tasks on job sites

● Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment (training provided as needed)

● Help with jobsite setup, staging, and cleanup

● Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies

● Support technicians, installers, and crew leaders in completing daily work

● Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas

● Communicate professionally with customers when needed

● Show initiative, ask questions, and work as part of a team

Requirements

● Some experience in construction, trades, or field service work

● Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physical labor

● Willingness to learn and take direction

● Valid driver’s license

● Basic tool knowledge is helpful

● Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

● Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

● Experience in fencing, landscaping, carpentry, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or similar fields

● Ability to read measurements or use simple tools

● Experience driving a truck or trailer

Schedule and Compensation

● Full-time or part-time

● Overtime available
