Overview
Realty Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Landscape Laborer / Driver to join our growing team. The Skilled Landscape Laborer / Driver is responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance and installation tasks while safely operating company vehicles to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from job sites. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to mowing, edging, grading, trimming, pruning, mulching, weeding and planting
- Assist with landscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, walkways, water features, etc.)
- Operate professional-grade landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools
- Perform seasonal services, including spring/fall cleanups and snow/ice removal as needed
- Safely drive company trucks and/or trailers to transport crew and materials
- Load and unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain vehicle, tools and equipment in safe working conditions and adhere to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Ability to operate professional-grade landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Experience operating landscape equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- OSHA Certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions, work in a team environment, and interact professionally with clients
Pay Range
$22.00-$25.00/hr, $33.00-$37.50/hr OT
Weekly pay
Raise at employer’s discretion
Wage maybe higher on specific public works projects
Daily Schedule
6:30 am-430pm
Monday-Thursday, Some Fridays & weekends required
Overtime varies

- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required
- MEC card required or must be obtained
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and seasonal demands
- Drug testing during employment for cause
- Subject to random drug testing
