Skilled Site HVAC Technician/Ductman

SME Electromechanical is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician or Ductman for immediate deployment on our solar PV site project. This is a chance to expand your skills and be cross-trained in civil foundation tasks.

The Role

You will primarily execute mechanical installation tasks (HVAC/Ducting/Piping) while also being trained to assist and execute basic civil foundation and alignment work for the PV mounting structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all standard HVAC/Ducting duties, including duct/pipe installation, insulation, and equipment fixing.
• Willingness to learn and execute fundamental civil tasks on-site, including:
• Assisting the team with concrete mixing and pouring for PV pedestals.
• Learning and assisting with basic site alignment and setting-out for mounting structures.
• Supporting ground preparation and drilling/piling activities.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Pipe Fitter, or Ductman in site construction.
• Attitude: Must be keen to learn, physically fit, and adaptable to new, non-mechanical duties.
• UAE Status: Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi or Urdu is strongly preferred.
• Remuneration: AED 2,000 – 2,300 per month (all-inclusive site salary).
• Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company as per SME Electromechanical policy.
