Skilled Social Media (FB, IG, TikTok and Linkedin) Marketing Expert with proven results

We are seeking a driven Social Media Marketer to engage and publish advertisement campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Our goal is to connect with our audience through these platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of running effective social media campaigns and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

· Strategy Development: Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

· Social Media Advertising: Expert in Social Media Ads, capable of managing large-budget campaigns with proven results.

· Content Management: Create and publish original, high-quality content across all social media platforms.

· Account Administration: Administer all company social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date.

· Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI.

· Optimization: Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization based on SEO and engagement metrics.

· Continuous Improvement: Capture and analyze social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to improve performance.

· Collaboration: Work with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Skills and Abilities:

· Experience: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. Candidates with Google Ads (PPC) experience will be preferred.

· Communication: Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

· Analytics: Demonstrable experience with social networking and social analytics tools.

· Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of major marketing channels and online marketing.

· Attitude: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities.

· Education: BS in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations (preferred).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
