Skilled Tradesman / Carpenter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tradesman / Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Most of our projects are kitchen, bath, basement, decks, and full home remodels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction trades
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
• Knowledge of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are advantageous. Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
