Job Description:
Devcubix is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with a focus on performance, security, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and theme errors.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
• Implement security best practices and backup solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and development techniques.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required for ongoing projects.
• Write clean and efficient PHP code for website functionalities and integrations.
• Ensure pixel-perfect designs by translating visual concepts into precise, responsive layouts.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Bricks.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce integration and e-commerce website development.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, and website hosting/server environments.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
