As a Skincare Consultant , you will guide our customers through a sensory journey, offering considered advice and sharing our passion for exceptional formulations. This role is more than sales; it’s about fostering genuine connections and helping individuals discover products that enrich their daily rituals.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing personalized skincare consultations and expert advice.
• Collaborate with your team to meet store objectives and maintain Aesop’s luxury standards.
• Use your product knowledge to create memorable and inspiring experiences for every customer.
• Promote Aesop’s unique approach to beauty and customer service, ensuring it’s consistently delivered.
• Contribute to a positive, dynamic work environment with clear and open communication.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in beauty industry.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent time management to deliver timely service to clients.
• A vibrant, friendly, and professional attitude.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
