Skincare Customer Support Specialist

Join the BEE-OCH Organics Hive as a Clean Bee-auty Customer Support Specialist!

About Us Hey Bee-autiful, WELCOME to the Hive! BEE-OCH Organics is whole-body wellness with an attitude problem. Our mission? To rid your daily routine of every last synthetic chemical. We make skincare, mineral makeup, pro-aging products, hair care, deodorants, and outdoor actives — all with a FULL 5-step ingredient traceback system all the way back to the farmers who grew them. Every product is USDA Organic Certified, 100% natural, and made right here in our Hazel Green, Wisconsin facility. If we can't make it 100% clean, we don't make it. Period.

Are You Our Customer Support Specialist? Our customers aren't just buying skincare — they're making a lifestyle change, and they need someone in their corner who actually gives a damn. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is warm, sharp, product-obsessed, and genuinely excited about helping people fall back in love with their skin. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of BEE-OCH across every channel — from live chat and email to phone calls, texts, and social media — and you'll do it with the kind of care and expertise that turns first-time buyers into lifelong hive members.

This role starts fully in-person at our Hazel Green, WI facility for training and onboarding. Once you're fully trained and rockin' it independently, there is opportunity for partial remote work.

Why This Role Matters You're not just answering questions — you're educating customers, building trust, and representing a brand that genuinely stands for something. When a customer isn't sure which products are right for their skin, you'll know. When something goes wrong with an order, you'll make it right. When someone is skeptical about clean beauty, you'll show them the difference. Every interaction you have is a chance to strengthen the relationship between BEE-OCH and the people we serve.

What You'll Do

Multi-Channel Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, contact forms, and live chat with professionalism and genuine product knowledge
  • Manage and respond to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram — keeping our brand voice consistent, warm, and on-point
  • Handle incoming phone calls and voicemails with a friendly, helpful approach
  • Respond to customer text messages in a timely and engaging manner

Product Support & Education

  • Provide detailed product information, ingredient explanations, and personalized usage guidance
  • Help customers identify the right products for their skin type, concerns, and goals
  • Explain our 5-step traceback system and what USDA Organic Certification actually means (hint: it's a lot more than most brands pretend)
  • Share skincare tips and routines to help customers get the most out of their products — and keep coming back
  • Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products that genuinely fit a customer's needs

Order & Account Management

  • Assist with order placement, modifications, and tracking
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
  • Resolve shipping issues and coordinate with the fulfillment team
  • Manage customer accounts, Pollen Points rewards, store credit, and subscription updates
  • Handle billing inquiries and payment issues with accuracy and care

Problem Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate
  • Document recurring issues and share feedback to improve our processes
  • Follow up to ensure customers feel taken care of — every time

Team Support

  • Assist with product labeling, packaging, and fulfillment during slower CS periods
  • Collaborate with the production and fulfillment teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and show up for the people around you

What We're Looking For

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you can write a warm, clear email AND have a real conversation with someone who's frustrated
  • A genuine interest in organic skincare and clean beauty (you don't have to be an expert yet — but you have to actually care)
  • Patient, empathetic, solution-focused approach to customer challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and conversations at once without dropping the ball
  • Experience with social media platforms for business use (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Fast, accurate typing skills — live chat moves quickly
  • Someone who takes pride in their work, follows through, and doesn't need to be managed to do a great job

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient typing skills (60+ WPM preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance
  • Ability to commute to Hazel Green, WI 53811 for in-person training and regular in-house days

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $22–$25 per hour based on experience
  • Flexible Schedule: Part-time or Full-time Options, 25–40 hours per week
  • Partial Remote Opportunity: Work from home option available after successful completion of in-house training
  • Employee Discount: Deep discounts on BEE-OCH Organics products
  • Proft Sharing: Share in the company's success with monthly profit sharing after introductory period
  • Growth Opportunities: Real potential for advancement as our team grows
  • On-the-Job Training: We'll teach you everything you need to know about our products and processes
