Key Roles And Responsibilities

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

Construct workflow charts and diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and write clear, detailed specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication across production, managerial, and executive teams.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously, maintaining processes and preparing monthly status reports for all relevant stakeholders.

Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and promptly troubleshoot any issues.

Build strong, lasting relationships with internal partners to ensure optimized systems integration.

Provide research-backed recommendations in response to managerial and executive queries or concerns.

Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance checks at each stage of system development.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security to protect business operations and user confidence.

Demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies and contribute to Agile process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and documentation.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, or other analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management principles.
