Available Roles
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Skywards strategic products and digital initiatives across Emirates Group platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and commercial goals. Oversee digital and IT solution implementations to enhance member engagement, drive innovation, and support partner launches, while managing cross-functional teams, system operations, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless execution, business continuity, and continuous digital enhancement.
Drive the end-to-end delivery and governance of strategic Skywards projects by collaborating with internal teams, IT, and external partners to align initiatives with business strategy, optimize technology investments, and enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience. Oversee programme budgets, ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, and manage prioritization to achieve commercial objectives and timely delivery.
Serve as the subject matter expert in the Loyalty domain, leading the implementation of products and partner functions across systems while ensuring alignment with security, legal, data governance, and analytics requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather user needs, drive system and process improvements, oversee end-to-end project delivery and testing, support vendor selection and partner negotiations, and ensure smooth operational readiness and change adoption.
Act as the technical and systems subject matter expert supporting partner and product launches, enhancements, and terminations by leading requirement scoping, solution reviews, and end-to-end integration and testing. Serve as the primary liaison for partner technical teams, manage project delivery within the Project Management Framework, and ensure seamless system availability and issue resolution through close coordination with internal teams and external providers, while driving business process improvements and change management initiatives.
Manage the quarterly demand collation and lead prioritization and planning of Skywards projects, ensuring alignment across departments and adherence to the PMO framework. Coordinate portfolio reviews, executive reporting, and internal communications, while driving employee engagement and supporting change programs to enhance visibility and collaboration across Emirates.

Lead and manage fraud risk and data privacy for the Skywards loyalty program, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and protection of digital assets through advanced technologies, cross-functional collaboration, external partnerships, and organization-wide awareness.
Manage and support loyalty fraud prevention and data protection efforts by analysing fraud trends, maintaining the security platform, overseeing access controls, and coordinating audits and incident responses. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, support machine learning updates, and drive continuous improvement in fraud detection and data privacy processes.
