Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and personable individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator / Dispatcher. This role is ideal for a recent college or high school graduate who is eager to grow professionally within a thriving company. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, well-presented, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatching and coordinating field operations
  • Scheduling and setting appointments
  • Running company errands as needed
  • Managing and tracking inventory
  • Performing general office duties to support daily operations

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
