We are seeking a visionary experienced Sliming Head for our VLCC Clinic. To provide a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCCs standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.
Department: Slimming & Wellness
Reporting To: Centre Head / Area Head Technical
Positions Supervised
Centre Slimming team including Slimming Incharge, Dieticians, In-house Doctor, Slimming Therapist, Physiotherapists.
Experience & Education
PhD / MSc. in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar field.
Job Responsibilities
Technical & Operational Excellence
-
Ensure safe handling & maintenance of all equipment of the Slimming section.

Monitor & review progress of clients after each slimming session.
-
Ensure suitable corrective actions wrt all Unsuccessful Outcomes wrt clients & adherence to Escalation Matrix to deliver the desired outcomes (including, if required, to the Corporate Technical team for prompt & timely assistance).

Ensure slimming cards are filled with client signature, comments, & photographs. Also ensure all consent forms wherever required are duly signed by the customers.

Monitor & ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs (while ensuring zero pilferages).

Maintain Slimming staff individual productivity as per company standards.

Ensure cleanliness of the Slimming section, therapy rooms, & Nursing station.

Supervise maintenance of all Slimming appliances (& inform CH/Corporate about machines requiring repair).
-
Ensure Slimming stock Ordering at the Centre & Physical verification of stock as per defined guidelines. Follow policy of FIFO for product consumption.
Sales Excellence
-
Achieve the sales & execution targets of Slimming Services (including targets for self).

Improve sales of slimming packages through up-selling, while cross-selling of beauty packages.

Plan & execute sales events in coordination with Corporate.
Customer Excellence
-
Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service by the Slimming team.

Ensure regular follow-up of clients & execution of packages within validity.
-
Address client concerns proactively & ensure client satisfaction.
-
Implement corporate policies & SOPs, conducting audits & reviews for compliance.
-
Liaise with the Corporate Office for updates, technical inputs, & stock availability.

Send required information to Corporate Office including the number of clients booked, completed packages, & other reports.
Leadership & Team Management
-
Conduct recruitment, induction, & orientation of new Slimming staff as per SOPs.

Lead & develop the Slimming team to enhance performance, service delivery, & service efficacy (Inform Slimming Staff about the monthly promotional offers & incentive policy wrt Sales, Execution & Products targets).

Conduct regular meetings with staff for sorting out grievances & taking suggestions for improvement.

Check attendance (plan for absenteeism), work allocation (Slimming appointments & distribution/rotation of work) & manage weekly off days for Slimming staff.

Responsible for grooming, training, discipline, & welfare of Slimming staff.
Outcomes & Accountabilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial targets (Sales & Profit Margins) for the Slimming department.

Maintain Slimming NPS above 90%.

Ensure operational efficiency & adherence to SOPs.

Lead & develop the Slimming team to enhance performance, service delivery & service efficacy.

Regular reviews & audits - Client progress records, Technical assessments of Slimming team, Machine maintenance, Customer feedbacks.

Discipline in ensuring daily input parameters - Strategy of Trials (SOT), Strategy of Consults (SOC) Dietician & Physio consultations, Rekindle, FF2C, Inhouse events and executions.
