SLM and Availability Manager (3 Month Onsite Assignment)

Engagement Type: Contract - 3 months (Renewable)

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available

Years of Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Develop, manage, and administer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor performance against agreed targets and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
• Coordinate with various IT teams (e.g., incident, problem, change management) to address breaches.
• Availability Management:
• Define, analyze, plan, and improve the availability of IT services.
• Design and implement resilience and recovery strategies.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure, processes, and tools align with availability targets.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations and service management.
• Strong understanding and certification in the ITIL framework are highly desired.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and monitoring tools is often required for availability-specific roles.
