What you'll do:

Team Noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Lead and supervise the SLP team to ensure strict adherence to loss prevention protocols.
• Monitor and analyze operational activities to identify risks and incidents of loss, theft, or damage.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations to prevent and address operational discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, findings, and corrective actions taken.
• Train team members and operational staff on loss prevention policies and best practices.
• Report on loss trends, incidents, and improvement initiatives to management.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, operations, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational risk standards.
