Hally are exclusively partnering with a leading U.S.-based vendor specializing in Enterprise Backup and Recovery Software Solutions. Building on their proven success and market domination, our client is now strengthening their presence in Saudi Arabia . As part of their strategic growth, they are launching a new legal entity in the Kingdom and are actively seeking to hire multiple Saudi Nationals for a variety of commercial roles. The Middle East has long been a flagship region for this vendor, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious technology leader during a major phase of expansion in the region.


We are looking to build a team of results-driven Sales Representatives to support the growing channel sales operations and partner ecosystem. This team will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and closing deals—primarily through telephone and digital communication—within assigned territories.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales opportunities within a designated territory
  • Articulate key business and technical value propositions aligned with customer needs through partner deal registrations, qualified leads, and outbound outreach, including cold calling
  • Collaborate closely with partners and resellers to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
  • Expand market penetration and account coverage by positioning company solutions across targeted organizations
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth
  • Strategize and execute territory plans in coordination with channel sales and sales engineering teams
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed records within the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)


Qualifications

  • MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL PASSPORD HOLDER
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Minimal of 3 years experience within similar commercial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
  • Experience leading and coordinating sales efforts across cross-functional teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent written communication and business correspondence skills; familiarity with online research tools
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous professional growth
