Overview
Are you ready to apply your digital marketing skills at a higher level—driving real outcomes for small businesses? We’re looking for a Small Business Digital Marketing Advisor who is commercially minded, product-driven, and confident working directly with business owners. This role is about execution, clarity, and impact: helping clients who’ve joined Doneverse grow faster by using the right strategy, systems, and support.
What You’ll Do
- Client Strategy & Coaching: Work directly with small business owners partnered with Doneverse. You’ll provide high-level strategic guidance that complements the execution delivered by their Doer. This includes:
Clear communication, authority, and professionalism are essential.
- Client Onboarding & Enablement: Run weekly onboarding calls, ensuring new clients understand the system, expectations, and how to get maximum ROI from their Doer from day one.
- 90-Day Roadmap Development & Delivery: Create and film customised 90-day Doing Roadmaps that outline clear priorities, actions, and milestones. These roadmaps are tactical, focused, and designed to drive momentum quickly.
- Community Leadership: Actively participate in and manage the Doneverse Facebook community—answering questions, sharing insights, and encouraging practical collaboration.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Produce monthly content covering digital marketing trends, proven frameworks, and execution strategies that help business owners grow and delegate effectively.
- Professional Video Presence: You’ll appear on camera regularly for coaching and content. A clean, professional physical setup is required (no virtual backgrounds).
What We Expect
- Proven Digital Marketing Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in product development and digital marketing, ideally within B2B, eCommerce, or entrepreneur-focused environments.
- Small Business Acumen: Hands-on experience working with small business owners and a solid understanding of their operational and growth challenges.
- Technical Capability: Practical experience with tools such as ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong Executive Presence: Confident, concise, and credible communication in all client-facing situations—on camera and live.
- Coaching & Education Skills: Ability to teach, guide, and challenge clients through 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and structured content.
