We are growing quickly and looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to be deeply involved in shaping influencer campaigns in a unique and rapidly expanding industry. This role will ideally grow into a larger leadership position. This role is also eligible for sales involvement with the right individual, opening the salary up to additional earnings as commission.

About the Role

Lasso is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help plan and execute brand campaigns across our creator network.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing — someone who understands what makes content perform, stays on top of emerging social trends, and has strong instincts for matching the right creators with the right brands.

You’ll design multi-channel influencer programs that fuel awareness, credibility, community, and pipeline, spanning written content, short-form and long-form video, podcasts, events, and community activations. You’ll work closely with CMO’s, marketing leads, and founders to integrate creators into their campaigns, launches, and always-on storytelling engines.

You’ll combine relationship building, sharp creative instincts, and rigorous performance measurement to turn trusted creators into long-term brand partners for our clients. And you’ll continuously prove the ROI of influencer marketing as a meaningful growth lever for each brand we serve. This role is ideal for someone who can think like a strategist, operate like a owner, and build systems that scale.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy — from program design and creator sourcing to execution, optimization, and performance reporting — with clear goals tied to awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Help us build and manage our diverse creator portfolio across tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro), platforms, and formats, including newsletters, video, podcasts, events, social, and educational content.
  • Develop long-term creator partnerships, not one-off transactions by nurturing creators in our collective, co-creating high-quality content between the creators & Lasso, and creating educational content for the Lasso Influence Group and Lasso Catalyst Group that helps them grow their businesses.
  • Bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to both client campaigns and Lasso’s brand positioning as the leading creator collective in our markets.
  • Recruit emerging creators to the Lasso portfolio and assist with onboarding. Hit monthly recruiting targets and be responsible for creator recruitment pipeline.
  • Work within and improve our scalable systems for creator onboarding: develop clear briefs, content workflows, approvals, attribution, and regular performance tracking.
  • Continuously ideate measurement frameworks that go beyond vanity metrics, tracking reach, engagement quality, revenue influence, assisted conversions, lifetime value, and long-term brand lift.
  • Continuously test new creator formats, platforms, partnership models, and distribution strategies to stay ahead of creator trends and audience behavior.
  • Help design & host creator events from Lasso-hosted micro-events to attending and working at large sporting shows in English and Western disciplines.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of what makes content perform online

  • Familiarity with the equestrian, western, rodeo, or rural lifestyle industries

The annual base salary range for this position is from $40,000-$42,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Lasso expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location. This position is also eligible for sales commission for the right candidate, which would result in an offered OTE salary that is higher than the base salary.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
