Position Summary
Location: Sullivan's Landscaping and Maintenance Millsboro or Selbyville Branch
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (non-exempt)
Direct Report: Colby Sullivan
The Small Engine Mobile Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing all small engine equipment across multiple branches, including handheld equipment and commercial mowing units. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and at peak performance.
This is a mobile position requiring travel between the Milford, Millsboro, and Selbyville locations, as well as emergency on-site field or road support as needed.

a. Definition: Ability to manage all equipment-related expenses within the approved budget, including repairs, parts, and maintenance.
b. Calculation: Actual Equipment Expenses ÷ Budgeted Equipment Expenses
c. Whats Included:
i. Parts and repair costs
ii. Outside vendor repairs
iii. Preventative maintenance materials
iv. Small engine replacement parts
v. Shop supplies related to repairs
