Small & Medium Enterprises RM – مدير علاقة المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة

To ensure excellent customer service for Small & Medium Enterprises clients and achieve specific goals in terms of quality of credit, managing new deals, growing credit portfolio, cross-selling by convincing customers to invest.


Job Responsibilities :

  • Represent the bank as the relationship point person for SME customers in order to address concerns/ queries of customers
  • Maintain credible relationships with clients at appropriate levels through reliable, proactive service delivery and the skillful application of banking knowledge
  • Manage an existing book of business and seek new opportunities/ avenues with institutional clients in order to grow the asset book as per business plan
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of customer management processes in order to achieve productivity improvement and cost reduction
  • Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports of to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.


Job Requirements:

  • Saudi
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience in banking or any relevant field
