Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify smart use cases, define value propositions, and create tailored digital strategies.

Develop user personas and journey maps to capture the needs and expectations of occupants, facility managers, and other stakeholders.

Analyze and specify applicable smart systems and technologies, ensuring their seamless integration into project designs and infrastructure.

Review IT/OT infrastructure, data sources, and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for implementing smart systems.
-
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate smart elements, covering aspects such as data-driven design, technology specifications, and procurement strategies.

Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including technical specifications, tender packages, and procurement guidelines.

Ensure compliance with international smart city and building standards such as
SmartScore
,
UL Spire
, and other relevant certifications.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical,
Telecom
,
Mechanical
,
Computer
, or
Communication Engineering
, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in
smart buildings
,
building automation
,
Telecom, IoT
, or
digital infrastructure
projects.

Strong understanding of
BMS Controls
,
Telecom/ICT
,
Extra-Low Voltage (ELV)
systems, and
IoT/Smart systems integration
.

Experience working on projects involving digital transformation, smart technologies, or data-driven solutions in buildings or urban environments.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary teams.
