Ensure seamless integration of smart technologies to enhance operational performance, improve geospatial services, and support digital twins across unified digital platforms.
Education:
Bachelor’s / master's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years.
Technical Responsibilities:

Supervise the implementation of smart city and geospatial systems strategies to enhance operational efficiency and the quality of urban services within industrial cities.

Plan, supervise, and develop security camera systems (

).

Oversee microwave systems for surveillance cameras and integrate external sensors using
LORA-WAN
technology with
ArcGIS Pro

Supervise and develop smart city systems including
ThingWorx
, energy management, and water management platforms.

Establish and supervise initiatives aimed at implementing technical infrastructure projects with high accuracy and efficiency.

Analyze big data to extract strategic insights and support informed decision-making.

Supervise and develop mobile camera systems (
HikCentral
).

Ensure technical integration and connectivity between internal and external systems.

Strengthen collaboration with government entities and private companies to enhance smart solutions integration and provide strategic guidance for adopting modern technologies and upgrading urban systems on a unified digital twin platform.

Oversea factory connectivity plans to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Supervise permit acquisition and coordination with military entities for drone projects, their development, and addressing operational gaps.

Lead and guide technical teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high quality standards and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across related projects.

Prepare periodic reports for smart city and geospatial projects and contribute to enhancing and automating operational processes.

Supervise the preparation and periodic update of industrial and digital city maps using field data, aerial imagery, and advanced remote sensing technologies to ensure spatial accuracy and support urban planning.

Oversee the integration of spatial databases with digital smart platforms, ensuring data compatibility with operational requirements and integration with enterprise systems such as facility and asset management.

Support industrial cities by tracking decommissioned factories and updating relevant records.

Coordinate with field teams and contractors for data collection tasks, ensuring data accuracy through quality reviews and alignment with ground control points or regulatory documents.

Provide daily technical support for smart systems and surveillance cameras and troubleshoot operational issues.

Monitor and enhance all project Service Level Agreements (
SLAs
).

Supervise the completion and implementation of smart gate projects in industrial cities.
General Responsibilities:

Monitor the financial performance of activities within the scope of responsibility and ensure adherence to the allocated budget while reporting deviations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational systems to enhance institutional quality and efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare accurate and timely operational reports and submit them to management as required.
