We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-driven Smart Operations Data Analyst to support operational performance, reporting governance, business intelligence, and AI-driven process improvement across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical capabilities with modern AI tools awareness, operational understanding, automation mindset, and professional presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, workforce, and business performance data
• Build smart dashboards, trackers, and automated reports
• Identify operational gaps, trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities
• Support management with data-driven insights and executive reports
• Develop professional business presentations and operational summaries
• Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, and operational performance
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Administration teams
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process consistency
• Participate in operational improvement and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations Analysis / MIS / Data Analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills
• Experience using AI tools and automation platforms
• Good understanding of operational workflows and business controls
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Power BI / Google Looker Studio / Dashboarding Tools
• AI Automation Tools
• ChatGPT & AI productivity tools usage
• Presentation design and business storytelling
• HRMS / ERP systems exposure
• Process optimization mindset
