Senior Associate - SME Capabilities

Job Description

Role Purpose:

To support the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance the skills, productivity, and engagement of the SME Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the alignment of training programs, performance development plans, and engagement strategies with the department’s goals. The Senior Associate collaborates with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing and motivated sales workforce

Skill Development for SME Sales Excellence:

  • Assist in identifying department-specific training needs and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to suggest targeted training programs addressing skill gaps related to SME sales performance.
  • Monitor and track post-training implementation impact on departmental KPIs

SME Team Engagement and Collaboration Initiatives:

  • Organize sales-focused engagement initiatives such as team workshops, recognition programs, and motivational activities.
  • Conduct department-specific engagement surveys and provide actionable insights for SME sales teams.
  • Support sales team leaders in implementing initiatives to boost employee morale and collaboration

Sales Team Performance Enablement:

  • Provide sales-specific performance tools and resources for appraisals.
  • Support team leaders in developing tailored coaching frameworks for sales improvement.
  • Track and document individual and team performance metrics related to SME sales targets.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Regularly gather feedback from employees and team leaders on training and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to align initiatives with broader organizational policies.
  • Communicate updates on engagement and capability-building activities to stakeholders

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and update dashboards to monitor progress on training, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports for leadership on key metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all training, engagement, and performance activities

Skills

  • Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • SQL and Data Manipulation Languages.
  • Sales Analytics, SME sectors preferred
  • Business Analysis.
  • Process automation & optimization.
  • Presentation skills (Look & Feel).
