Job Summary

The SME-Learning & Development role is pivotal in enhancing the companys training programs by leveraging technical skills in MS Office and Learning Content Backend. With a focus on Content & Learning Development the candidate will contribute to the growth of both Payer and Provider domains. This hybrid role requires night shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to Payer and Provider domains.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create engaging and informative learning materials that enhance knowledge retention.
  • Manage the Learning Content Backend to ensure seamless access and delivery of training resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on content development ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that foster skill development and professional growth among employees.
  • Oversee the integration of innovative learning technologies to enhance the training experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the development and delivery of training programs.
