We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive digital transformation across our products and services.
The role requires strong leadership, innovation, and collaboration to enhance customer experience and ensure business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and deliver the overall product strategy.
• Develop and implement the digital product acquisition strategy and ensure digitization of back-office processes (sales and after-sales) to enhance user experience and customer engagement.
• Lead all product initiatives, strategy, and optimization — including product lifecycle management, launches, and portfolio profitability.
• Design and manage product budgeting and P&L optimization.
• Manage product and service portfolios effectively.
• Elevate cross-functional and groupwide synergies through strong stakeholder management.
• Establish product goals and KPIs, conduct regular performance health checks, and continuously improve product and service offerings.
• Oversee product marketing campaign calendars and ensure smooth end-to-end campaign execution.
• Maintain updated website and marketing content for all products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s product proposition, following a digital factory approach (CVP, requirements, testing, rollout, BAU, enhancement).
• Build and develop partnerships to support digital product sales (e.g., embedded finance, item finance) and manage relationships with merchants and automotive dealers.
• Explore new partnership opportunities through the KAFALAH program.
• Handle regulatory matters related to product initiatives.
• Conduct regular market scans, benchmarking, and market sizing exercises.
• Raise, manage, and test new products, services, and features, including oversight of UAT.
• Lead project management activities and ensure timely submission of business requirements.
• Establish and manage customer retention programs for sustainable business growth.
• Enhance credit policies and manage risk appetite effectively.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are clearly documented and regularly updated for governance purposes.
• Address and mitigate findings and observations from ORM, Compliance, and Audit functions.
• Optimize business operating models.
• Ensure all business reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
