  • Lead and supervise a team of SME Relationship Managers to ensure achievement of sales and portfolio quality targets.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with SME clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Review and approve loan applications prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with credit policies.

  • Guide the team in assessing clients’ financial needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

  • Monitor team performance, client portfolios, and market trends to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Risk, and Operations) to ensure smooth and timely processing of SME applications.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the team’s sales, credit analysis, and relationship management capabilities.

  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through proactive portfolio management and service quality.

  • Prepare performance reports and share feedback with management to support strategic decision-making.




  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in SME banking or lending, including solid experience in B2B sales and relationship management.

  • Proven background in managing corporate or SME client portfolios and achieving business growth targets.

  • Strong understanding of SME products, credit analysis, and financial statement evaluation.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
