Job Accountabilities
- Maintain and develop a portfolio of SMEs customers’ relationships, while leading the assigned RMs to achieve the Area sales targets and meet the set business plan.
- Conduct meeting with targeted clients in the designated Area jointly with the SMEs ARMs / SRMs / RMs and ensure that services are provided with high quality with synergy between the team in order to retain those customers and enlarge current portfolios.
- Conduct regular meeting with the SMEs assigned team for performance tracking, outcome analysis and corrective actions implementation to achieve the set targets.
- Communicate regularly to the Group Head the Areas performance to provide effective feedback and enable development of the marketplace products and programs.
- Implement the SMEs strategy and make sure that the set plans are serving the strategy, with full understanding of the SME lending strategic objectives, policies and procedures.
- Prepare the relevant sales monitoring reports to measure and monitor sales performance of the assigned area against the pre-set targets
- Work closely with the Group Head to analyze local market conditions and identify current and prospective business opportunities in addition to providing constant feedback to the products team on the market practices and customer preferences to ensure that EG-Bank provides the best product offering.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business administration, Economics, accounting or its equivalence, Credit Course is a must. – Postgraduate Certification (Masters, MBA) is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience

- Basic knowledge of lending principles, strong organizational and customer service skills & managerial skills
