Job accountabilities
- Manage the necessary knowledge transfer tools on all bank programs, products, polices, and services and assist to resolve complex customer queries.
- Support in interacting with the Bank credit teams, and obtain all the required business approvals, with seamless workflows and streamlined processes.
- Manage when needed the training for all the SMEs sales teams on product, policy and market changes that enhances their sales tactics.
- Develop and implement the SME sales strategy and plans for the SMEs Distribution, aligning with overall Sales Channels department goals and targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with SMEs clients in the assigned group and follow up on increasing the penetration rate to help achieve the set budget and meeting the business plan.
- Communicate the SMEs strategy with the team and make sure that the set plans are serving the strategy, with full understanding of the SMEs lending strategic objectives, policies and procedures.
- Review the relevant sales monitoring reports to measure and monitor sales performance of the SMEs Small Business assigned group against the pre-set targets
- Analyze local market conditions and identify current and prospective business opportunities in addition to providing constant feedback to the products team on the market practices and customer preferences to ensure that EG-Bank provides the best product offering.
- Ensure the SMEs customers complaints are handled at first point of contact with full ownership, escalating the case to relevant departments if requested and provide prompt feedback to customers in a timely manner.
- Report the area performance regularly to the SMEs Enterprise Head to provide effective feedback and enable the development of marketplace products and programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business administration, Economics, accounting or its equivalence, Credit Course is a must. – Postgraduate Certification (Masters, MBA) is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience
