Monitoring, developing, and innovating new products for the SME clients, while maintaining the bank’s competitive image, building positive relationships, and ensuring the prompt and high-quality delivery of required or proposed services.
Job Responsibilities:
Participating in the preparation of the annual marketing plan for the SME products.
Designing new products and their related credit study models for SME clients.
Monitoring existing products, reviewing related statistical reports.
Reviewing credit memos related to the clients’ applications.
Conducting market scans for the products in other banks to enhance and develop our products accordingly.
Fostering team spirit within workgroups to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Working on the development and growth of the product sales.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Investment, or an equivalent field.
Specialized certification in SME banking services or a professional credit certification.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector, including at least 5 years in credit.
