SMM (Social Media Manager)

We are currently looking for an SMM (Social Media Manager) who will help us develop and implement effective social media strategies and grow together with us in both the number and scale of projects. Work format: remote-first, with up to two in-person meetings per week in Dubai and participation in content shoots when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others), including content planning and publishing
• Participate in content creation (copy, visuals) adapted for different social platforms
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies, identify trends, and evaluate performance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client service teams to align social media activity with business goals
• Stay up to date with new trends, tools, and best practices in social media
• Create viral content that resonates with the target audience and drives organic reach
• Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to expand reach and increase brand awareness

We Expect From the Candidate:

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media / SMM
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience creating viral, engaging content
• Experience working with influencers and bloggers
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data to adjust strategies
• Creative approach to content and campaigns
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Nice to have (but not mandatory):

• Experience in the real estate industry (developers, real estate agencies, or property-related projects)
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows
