The SMO Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on creating and executing strategies that increase brand visibility, improve engagement, and generate quality leads through organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media optimization strategies in alignment with marketing goals.
- Manage and update company profiles/pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).
- Optimize social media posts with relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO-friendly practices.
- Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) when required.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
- Respond to comments, queries, and messages on social platforms to maintain strong customer engagement.
- Research and track competitor activities, industry trends, and new tools for effective SMO.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and SEO/SEM teams for integrated campaigns.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Good knowledge of SMO strategies and online branding.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret data.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
