Who you are

As a Smoothie Barista for Better Blend, you are responsible for delegating tasks to your team and keeping the workflow of the shift running smoothly. You take pride in your organizational skills and have an innate ability to think ahead and anticipate any problems that may occur. You are a natural leader who leads by example and sets the standard for your team. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with customers and staff effectively. You stay up-to-date on all company standards, policies, and procedures and ensure that all blenders are knowledgeable on the nutrition facts and ingredients of our products.

What you’ll do

You will be willing and able to fulfill the job responsibilities of a Blender along with the following Smoothie Barista responsibilities:

  • Create an outstanding customer experience by greeting every guest, engaging in conversation, and making them feel welcomed and valued.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality smoothies and bowls by following recipes, presentation standards, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support a smooth and positive flow during each shift.
  • Support your team by jumping in where needed, keeping energy high, and contributing to a positive, team-first environment.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to ensure orders are accurate and delivered quickly.
  • Stay knowledgeable on menu items, nutrition facts, and ingredient benefits to confidently assist customers.
  • Handle customer feedback or concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.
  • Uphold all company standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Help maintain product quality and consistency by paying attention to detail in every order.
  • Be reliable and punctual, showing up ready to contribute to a high-performing team.

What we’re looking for

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
  • Flexible schedule (minimum 10 hours/week, including possible opening and closing shifts)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
