Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their visit experience
• Prepare and serve smoothies, beverages, and food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Manage food preparation areas with attention to food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters, equipment, and dining areas
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, café, or retail environments is preferred; barista or coffee experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow within the company
