SMT Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMT Machine Operator to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines used in PCB assembly. The ideal candidate should hold a DAE in Electrical or Electronics and have hands-on experience with SMT production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT machines (Pick & Place, Printer, Reflow Oven, etc.)
• Set up machines according to production requirements and work instructions
• Load components, feeders, and programs accurately
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect assembled PCBs for defects and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain production records and follow safety procedures
• Ensure minimum downtime and efficient machine operation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DAE in Electrical or Electronics (Mandatory)
• Experience as an SMT Machine Operator is preferred
• Knowledge of PCB assembly processes and SMT components
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and technical instructions
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
