Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of snow plowing techniques and the ability to operate various machinery safely and effectively.

Duties

• Operate snow plow trucks and other equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluid levels, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

Experience

• Previous experience in snow plowing or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating and maintaining equipment effectively.
• Experience in construction or landscape maintenance will be beneficial for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 60 per week
