Job Responsibilties :

  • Ensure compliance with all company safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify key markets and customers to drive service‐sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow service sales and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Secure new maintenance contracts and manage renewals of existing agreements.
  • Review upcoming contract expirations and support timely renewal processes.
  • Prepare quotations for maintenance, parts, and repair services.
  • Work closely with service engineers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage assigned sales territory and consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, including outstanding payments and GM%.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Business School (Marketing, Sales)
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Service sales
  • Excellent Computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective client business relationships
  • Proven track records with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent market analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Candidate to be proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Dynamic / Pro-Active

Work Conditions:

  • Working days : From Sunday to Thursday
  • Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM including 1 hour break
  • Fridays & Saturdays are OFF
