About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Flutter Developer to join our growing team at Innerix Technologies LLP. You’ll assist our senior developers in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of commercial Flutter experience, a solid understanding of app architecture and state management, and be comfortable working in a hybrid team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement effective state management using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Apply MVVM/MVC patterns and architectural best practices.
• Identify, debug, and fix issues to ensure optimal app performance.
• Collaborate using Git, manage tasks via Jira, and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong grasp of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture, Singleton, Observer, and Repository design patterns.
• Experience in custom UI components and reusable Flutter libraries.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Experience with API integration and mobile app debugging tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of Material Design and Cupertino widgets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Mockito, Flutter Test).
• Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Firestore.
• Prior exposure to consumer-facing mobile applications.
