SOA Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SOA Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable, reusable services and integrating multiple enterprise systems to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SOA-based services and integration solutions.
• Build and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) for enterprise applications.
• Develop and manage integrations between ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Work with Oracle SOA Suite or similar middleware platforms.
• Develop BPEL processes, OSB services, and mediation flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize service performance and integrations.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of integration services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Support production systems and resolve integration-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SOA development or enterprise integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Oracle SOA Suite / Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
• Web services (SOAP, REST)
• XML, XSD, WSDL
• BPEL and workflow orchestration
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API management tools and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Oracle SOA certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
