Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Content Creator to own and execute VibeCon’s social presence from now through the event in June. Your mission: make VibeCon feel culturally unavoidable and sell out the event through content.

You’ll operate as a highly autonomous, taste-driven creator, someone who can both set the creative direction and execute daily.

What You’ll Do

• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content across social platforms

• Create a consistent stream of short-form, high-impact content

• Develop original ideas with strong hooks and clear perspective

• Create moments that generate urgency and social proof

• Collaborate with creators, communities, and pages to amplify reach

How You’ll Work

• Operate as a solo owner of content (while directing collaborators when needed)

• Prioritize speed, taste, and consistency

• Think like both a creator and a creative director

What We’re Looking For

• Strong instincts for internet culture and storytelling

• Ability to create high-quality, high-volume content quickly

• Clear sense of taste and creative judgment

• Experience building momentum for events, brands, or cultural projects
